Terms and Conditions for: Luxury Apartments (Self Catering Holidays)
Bookings and Cancellation Policy
It is our policy to take a deposit equivalent to the total cost of the first night stay. The balance is payable on arrival. Cancellations 30 nights or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit and no charges are payable. Cancellations less than 30-days before arrival will incur a charge of the rest of the balance. In the event of a ‘no show’ or curtailment of stay the full cost of the stay will be chargeable. We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellation inside of 30 days or curtailment of stay.
We accept all Cheques, Cash and Debit / Credit cards for bookings at The Helaina Luxury Apartments.
Guests are respectfully asked to leave the property reasonably clean and tidy on departure. We always expect to clean a property thoroughly after guests depart. However properties left in a very poor state that require extensive cleaning and / or specialist cleaning services (for example carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning) may be liable for additional charges.

Please note when you book online the terms and conditions of the specific website used may be different. In all cases the terms and conditions of the booking website apply and take precedent over these terms.
We are also committed to recycling at Hotel Helaina. If you leave waste paper, glass, cans and plastic bottles, we collect and recycle, but only if you leave these items clean and in a separate refuse bag.
